Hello there! I’m Julia Skibinska, I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. In 2005, my life took an exciting turn when I first set foot in Costa Rica. Its lush rainforests, stunning beaches, and vibrant culture instantly captured my heart. From that moment on, I found myself returning to this enchanting country every summer.
The more time I spent in Costa Rica, the more I realized that I wanted to make this tropical paradise my permanent home. In 2018, I decided to take a bold step towards realizing my dream. I bid farewell to my job as a librarian and embarked on a new adventure.
With a desire to help others discover the magic of Costa Rica and to follow my newfound passion for real estate, I obtained my Illinois Real Estate License in 2018. The world of real estate felt like the perfect platform to introduce people to the breathtaking beauty and opportunities this country has to offer.
