Its modern kitchen, equipped with new appliances, connects you directly to the bar, making this area very cozy. The staircase leads you down to the double bedroom with queen-size beds. Its spacious full bathroom with a glass-block shower creates the perfect contrast. Opening the bedroom curtains reveals a large terrace with gardens and spectacular ocean views.

The studio apartment offers two wonderful views as you ascend the staircase, from beautiful arches or from its incredible terrace, where you can enjoy the landscape. Prepare your meals in the spectacular kitchen equipped with luxury granite finishes and have breakfast in the Guanacaste wood dining room adorned with a beautiful chandelier that illuminates a beautiful dome. Relax in a king-size bed, take a shower in a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, or soak in the bathtub overlooking the forest. Beautiful Guanacaste wood furniture adorns the double sinks.

Every day you will enjoy sunrises overlooking the forest or the ocean from any of your private gardens which are embellished with native plants and beautiful orange, tangerine, mango, and lemon trees. In the afternoon or evening, enjoy the relaxing jacuzzi or the warm waters of the beautiful pool. Its indescribable, multi-colored sunsets provide unique experiences that make it incomparable.  Step out of the pool and walk into the  entertainment room complete with a 10ft bar, lounge areas, and bar-BQ grill. Anytime of the day you can enjoy a game of pool or your favorite sport on the flat-screen TV that complements this area.

There are two maid service rooms both with full baths which you can use as small guest bedrooms or full-time maid quarters.
